Rosemary Gin Spritzer Recipe

A refreshing and zesty use of the two favourites - Limoncello and Sloe Gin.

Ingredients                       

• 50ml Sloe Gin
• 25ml Limoncello
• Sparkling Water
• 2 sprigs of rosemary

Instructions

1. Take the leaves of one sprig of rosemary, place in cocktail shaker with Limoncello
2. Muddle
3. Add ice and Sloe Gin, shake well
4. Strain into a glass filled with ice
5. Top with sparkling water and garnish with rosemary
